NEW SHAPES // CMJ 2015

UPDATE: Due to the usual rash of unforeseen circumstances that often arise for international acts in the lead up to CMJ and SX, a few of the announced acts – Tigertown, Banners, Iris Gold and Corbu – are no longer able to play, but we’re thrilled to welcome Joe Jonas’ DNCE and Kaya Stewart on board, as well as our official media partner NYLON.

CMJ is coming in hot next month, which means our flagship New Shapes showcase is looming large on the horizon once again. And truly looming larger than ever, as we upgrade from Santos Party House to the wide open spaces of Webster Hall, for a triple crown blowout across all three rooms. As always, we’re teaming up with our brothers-in-arms Chess Club and National Anthem to bring you the latest and greatest from all around the world, and as always, you’re not going to want to miss it. Headlining the Grand Ballroom main stage we’ve got none other than LA kings of summer Smallpools, joined by two of the year’s most promising stars-of-tomorrow in everyone favorite pop mermaid Phoebe Ryan and Joe Jonas’ . Rounding things out in the main room, we’ve got LA dreamweavers Machineheart and California partyrockers PARTYBABY, but that’s just the tip of the iceberg. In addition to the Grand Ballroom, we’ve got the Marlin Room and Studio popping off all night long, highlighted by sets from POWERS, Johanan, Photocomfort, ELOHIM, Oscar & The Wolf and many many (many) more. It’s all going down exactly one month from today on October 15th, with doors at 5pm and advance tickets now available HERE. $25 advance tix gets you access to ALL three rooms (that’s 18 bands and 6+ hours of music), or a $15 flat ticket gets you double decker access to the Marlin and Studio rooms downstairs. And perhaps best of all, it’s a rare 16+ show for all our underage fans out there. See you in a month.
