We first fell for Lucas Nord on the back of his early Urban Cone and Tove Lo collaborations a few years back, and today he returns with another collaboration that hits close to home on brand new heater “Voices”. Co-written during our last trip to Sweden with the Captain Cuts guys – who are currently burning up the airwaves with their first Top 10 hit via Walk The Moon’s ubiquitous “Shut Up And Dance” – it’s yet another solid gold stunner, a smooth-sailing blast of midnight pop that fits somewhere between his earlier output and Russ Chimes, which is just about the perfect place to be if you ask us.
