We’ve had a soft spot for Tove Styrke for a minute now and she’s back again with a brand new single as she gears up for her first shows outside of her native Sweden. From the dystopian interstellar synths to Styrke’s space age swagger, “Borderline” plays like a Scandinavian M.I.A. covering the Bad Boys theme with a bit of Coldplay’s “Paradise” thrown in there for good measure. Not to mention the cathartic, scenic-as-hell video above that’s equally atmospheric and badass in every way.
